In order to understand how to read your invoice, it is important to understand how we lay it out for you. On your invoice you will notice that it is broken down between all 3 credit bureaus. (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)

Underneath each credit bureau, the accounts we have gotten deleted for you are listed. It is normal to not see a creditor listed on all 3 bureaus on the invoice. Some accounts may not originally report to all 3, since our program is pay per deletion you may see an account only being invoiced under 1 bureau.

Your invoice will list out from left to right, creditors, number of deletions, price per deletion, and total amount per bureau. Your total invoice balance will be listed at the bottom where is says “Total”.

Our deletion fees are $20 for late payments and inquiries per bureau, $50 for regular collections per bureau, and $100 per bureau for auto accounts, bankruptcies, and foreclosures.
